Loved the environment. It had a homely feel being old and quaint. The service was excellent and the decorations in preparation for the Carnaval were wonderful.

It's a wonderful hotel from another era. Yes, it's older than others but still grand. The staff are exceptional and the location is excellent. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you have never stayed here.

The hotel is beautiful and with an old colonial style. It gives a feeling of the past! The big swimmingpool is surrounded with big palmtrees, it's quiet and relaxing! The staff very kind and helpful, the atmosphere wonderful and the security good. Short way to shops and restaurants. But: The rooms need to be refurbished, it was simply disappointing to see the room after seeing the commonareas of the hotel. The rooms have no safetybox, safetyboxes is located in the reseption. Not very practical. The fitnessroom was poorly equieped, with no ventilation and is stinking! But we enjoyed our 3 days and would like to come back to this unique hotel again!!!

We had a perfect stay on “ vacation.
It was clean and the staff were top-class, beds were great. Our standard king room was new-fashioned with a magnificent view on the inside garden and pool. The location was best possible and practical, for example, Suri Salcedo Park was not too far from the hotel.

The pool is perfect for unwinding, and the spa services really helped us relax after a long day. The pool did close a bit early for our liking, but overall, it was a great experience 🌴

would definitely recommend for a weekend break
Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of options made my stay nice, especially enjoying the poolside service during our group celebration.
No issues.

Helpful staff provided decent service.
The pillows were uncomfortably high and poorly made. The breakfast options were limited and unappetizing, resembling a budget hotel rather than a five-star experience.

The hotel's fine colonial architecture and lush gardens. The staff were ever so helpful, especially with mobility assistance. It was a delight to experience such charm and history!
More shaded areas around the pool would be nice.
